At Kat The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all boutique tags and hygiene seals still attached.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Carefully package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to drop your parcel at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
